Got 29 percentile which college I can get in Maharashtra?

Unfortunately, You will not able to get into any college with 29 percentile but I suggest you look for other option like state level exam or for some other private universities.As Jee conducted twice a year so can sit again in JEE exam if you have chances and age creteria or sit in MH-CET next year
