Got 3 years diploma passed in 2011 from PSBTE. What would be the path to get into IIT Delhi. I don't mind If i get admission in Ist year.

My younger brother has completed his polytechnic diploma in May'2011 from PSBTE. I want him to do whatever it takes to get into IIT Delhi, a dual degree program in computer science. His year of birth is 1990. So my question is about eligibility guidance. Complete How to or what to guidance requested
