Got 51% in intermediate bihar board (I.Sc),I want to take commerce for gradution, is it possible? kindly suggest commerce collages in patna

I'm from Koshi Collage khagaria that comes under Bihar board and i've got only 51% in science streme can you plz suggest me is it possible if i want to take commerce in future and can we take commerce if we are from arts as my sister is. thanks
