-Ansal Institute of Technology
-Apeejay College of Engineering
-AMC Engineering College
-Amity University
-Tezpur University

Yes you can get admission in B.Tech. There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
