Got 74.35 % in CAT NC OBC Female Non eng 27 months work ex, any chance of converting IIT Roorkee Delhi or any other iits, please help.

No, there are various less chance that it will be converted as in IITs the cut off goes above 95 percentile and in IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee it goes above 98 percentile. So there are very less chance for other IITs also.
