got job in infosis as a bpo they gave me an offer that after 1 yr they will provide me mba at there campus with iim faculty shall i accept

is that offer good to accept as i am intrested in doing mba. shall i directly do mba from a college or do job from infosis and then do mba from there itself

Hello Manisha, it is always better to have work exp before joining any B-Scholl , infact work exp counts a lot for getting into Top B-Scholl, so it is better to join infy, even though, if they they fail to provide an MBA ur exp will help you to get into much better B-School. Good Luck
