Got placed in core company as a fresher.Should i still go for mba or take work experience and then try for it.

Here there are two questions 1. MBA in other Countries It is preferred that MBA should be pursued after a stipulated yrs of experience. 1. Should a Graduate Fresher pursue MBA, then take up a Job in India? In Indian Context, it is Yes because there are lot of companies offering management position
