Graduation after 12 to pass civil services

I have completed 12 with cbse board with pcm stream.I want to pass civil services exam, but i am confusing.so i want to know that which graduation is best for me

To pass civil services.i think b.tech will be much more beneficial.because we all observed according to the data of passed students civil services,the maximum number of students are with the branch of b.tech and so there is something in b.tech courses making students so much eligible for the civil s
