First of all I would like to make a request that as this is a query please post it in Shiksha's Q&A section, Secondly I would say that it would be difficult to find such fusions in india... However, if there are such Institutes I would request Dr. Mohsin to put some light on that...

Yes, in advanced courses of Fashion designing there is graphic design courses also related to the pattern and design of dresses.
