gre score of 286 will be a problem for visa?

Hello, I am shiva from hyderabad. I had given GRE and got a score of 286(q-147,v-139,AWA-waiting). I have 70% in academics with no backlogs.i am applying for MS -fall 2013 for computer science.is US visa possible for me.

    thanks manmeet, hello mr.shiva, welcome to https://shiksha.com and you are talking about new gre or old gre because in new gre 286 is a decent score but what about your toefl score because you got 70% in academics but if you get less marks in these exams they didnt consider your academics and the first question VO asks is gre score and financial documents. reply me it is for new gre or old gre.

    If you meet all the eligibility criteria, then you may surely get VISA, you have a good academic record, so please do not take stress, just make sure that by the time you apply for VISA all your academic and financial documents are complete and are in order.
