Greetings I've scored 97.92 percentile in the ATMA attempt of July 2015. Will that suffice to clear the cut off of we school,Navi Mumbai?

It should suffice. When you fill in the forms for next year ensure you give in preference options for various courses.
although note that admission would be for the next year 2016-2018 batch
