hi ankur welcome to shiksha,and ur asking about m.tech in canada right? so my sujjestion is u better select IT in ur m.tech stream because ur ug is also an computers branch(IT) so its better to u take IT in pg course and u write enough exams like gre and ilets for getting good university in abroad G
