    thanx a lot. i m nt working as i m giving my final sem this april.after that i"ll try for job.plz help me how is labour law throghu annamali university.also plz tell me is there any hr practical training classes are available in mumbai or nt.and as i m from a IT background while searching job in hr do it will create problem as my background is from IT really thanx a lot.

    Hi Sanket, It would have been better had you informed about whether you are working currently or not. For starters, You should look for a job as a HR professional in a company or as a consultant. This will help you learn the processes and skills about various aspects of HR like screening, interviewing and recruitment. Since you are doing your MBA via distance learning it is more important for you to gain substantial experience to prove that you are keen on making a career in HR and also have the necessary skills. In terms of additional skills you can do some diploma certificate course in conducting training and development etc. Remeber
