guidance on education

dear sir/madam i have completed mba with 62% from bharatiya vidya bhavan. And i have been working with a marketing company for 4 months. i have 44% in graduation and 57%in 12th.some companies are looking for 50% marks in graduation.should i go for a bachelor degree again through distance education

No, you have postgraduation degree and than you dont need it. if any company asked for graduation with 60% marks than you are more elegible than other applicants because you have a higher degree than required by company. when we get higher degree than previous degree doesnt have much effect.
