Guidance required for higher studies...

I I have completed my diploma in Computer Science and currently I am working at BPO also I am persuing my higher studies in BSC IT in SMUDE so do I select MCA or MSC IT next? And doing an Masters in correspondence is it worth i.e would it have the same value as doing it in a day college?

For a fresh candidate qualification through distance education is of lesser value as compared to that from regular mode of education. If one has adequate work experience then it does not matter much. I suggest that you opt for M.Sc IT.
