guideline for maternity leave & child care leave in basic siksha parishad UP
i have applied 260 days CCL on 5th jul10 from 15 Jul10 to 31 Mar11 but BSA has not approved it & i went on leave .,after completion of CCL i joined on 1st Apr11.again given reminder for approval but instead of approving BSA state i will take legal action.till now no ACTiON kindly advise.
