guys i am really confused. coz im gettin civil in nit kurukshetra and mech. in nit jalandhar. interest no bar. so wat shud i choose?

If all other parameters are same for you, I would suggest you go with NIT Kurukshetra as it has comparatively more familiarity and name with the business groups as of now.

After doing Mech you will have scope of jobs in Production, Manufacturing, Robotics, Ships, Industries, Aeronautics, Automobile etc. Civil will help you for jobs in Construction, Design (Interior and Exterior), Town Planning etc. As of today, there is shortage of civil engineers in India.
