    Hi Mayank,
Nice to know your interest in the field of Animation.Students of your age really take interest in the field of Animation. You can always go for a Diploma program in Animation, but better would be to complete your studies till 12th class and go for a degree course in animation i.e. B.Sc in animation as your sketching is good you can even take up BFA as your career stream.Lots of center even conduct counselling sessions to understand about the creative level of the students and even to make you more aware about the creative world of animation.

    Hi Mayank,
Animation industry is one of the fastest emerging fields in India in the current scenario.
There are many degree and diploma courses in animation. Minimum education qualification for a course is plus two or equivalent.
Good drawing and sketching skills along with strong imagination and visualization skills are required to become an able animator.
With giants like Warner Brothers, Fun Bag Animation, ILM and Disney planning to set up shop in India to produce animation films and movies, animation is set to become one of the fastest growing IT segments in the country.

I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. You could also study composition by reading "Composing Pictures" by Don Graham. Later on you may take up a Degree (multimedia and animation). Arena also offers such a Degree. If you like this answer you may select it as best answer or press like.
