Hi, The eligibility for CAT entrance for MBAs to IIM is 50% in Bachelor's. So, you have all chances provided your other parameters like GD, interview etc goes well. so read about toppers of CAT and take coaching to score your best.

Your acads are not upto the mark for IIM A. Having said that you can always apply for colleges which do not give high weight-age to acads like FMS.
