Hai,i completed my B.com in 2014.now am searching for jobs in banking.i have interest to work in banking sector so what i want to do now.

I completed B.COM with 75% and now am taking coaching for bank entrance exams.i have interest to work in banking sector so suggest me whether i have to study diploma in banking and finance or what sir to get a good post and to get job soon

The banking sector has become very competitive. The last four years has witnessed lot of bank openings. As Anjani Jha has rightly mentioned, you can look at appearing for the test conducted by IBPS for clerical and probationary officers positions. You can visit the website, www.ibps.in for details.
