No this is not possible inly after graduation degree you can go for master degree , but you can go for BBA

No! Right now its not possible as you are just a 12th pass out.
For pursuing MBA, its is very important for you to first complete your graduation as the basic eligibility is "one has to be graduate in any field with more than 45%"
