Hallo , i have completed my civil engg i had 10 backlogs due to ill health n all have been cleared will it affect admission for germany

Hallo i hav completed my civil engineering, with an aggregate of 63 %.i have a wish to do my masters in germany but i had 10 backlogs during my course due to my ill health,i want to know will these affect the admission process . n i have planned to do it in 2015 with work experince
