hallo, I want to do a proffessional course on interior design also a job on that means both learn & grow simultaneously, what i have to do?

i want to learn about interior design but have no idea also i want to do part time jobs in arts & crafts in odisha. so is there any scope to do both simultaneously? or what will be best for me can you please tell me?
