Hallo sir really need i have dreams either a famous singer or IAS or M tech frm iit nd be a researcher now choosing to do BA external from pune university nd aslo continue diploma backlogs what should i do please help me sort out i m really losted nd i have total four year gap2in 12thand2 indiploma

You must clear your backlogs first. You can appear for lateral entry admissions tests conducted by your state for lateral entry admissions to the second year of a B Tech Programme. You can then think about doing M Tech or MBA. To appear for Civil Service Examinations as well, you must be a graduate.
