    Teacher is a personality which is highly respective after father and mother in India but due to our weak management many candidate does not want to join this field by their wish they choose this filed when they see that all the other field is closed for them.
    Our teacher get less paid salary job is the first reason that they didn't want to came in this field just think One Ph.d candidate are getting 50k per month salary then how this person get motivation who has study more than 35 year and still he or she is getting the job of 50k.

    Hello,
    In ancient India, teachers were put on a very high pedestal and considered very high in ranking. In fact the best minds only could join as teachers.
    However, over a period of time, due to change in society, its contours, its dynamics, business, etc. we are seeing decline in status of teachers over a period of time. Also, it's a fact of life that a person would choose that profession which will give him all material comforts.
