Has the UGC made a rule for 75% attendance to be necessary for the final year of the exam in covid?

Hello Anuj, normally speaking there is of course the rule of UGC that a student has to have 75% assistance attendance in the college to enable him to appear for the final exam. This is so since the UGC feels that only with this minimum attendance the student has a reasonable chance of understanding
