Has UGC allowed this (2020) year for dual degree one open and another regular. i want to pursue B.A English from ignou&BBA regular elsewhere

There are many notifications and updates now available on this topic which you can read on this page. As per the most recent notification released by the UGC dated 8th June 2020, the candidates can now pursue two-degree courses at the same time but one course must be regular and one course must be distance.
