Have 9 backlogs in the final 7th year. What happens I if can't complete the degree in the maximum 7 years allowed? What options do I have?

Can I change my university? What best course to apply right now to be able to appear for Government exams? I'm considering UG from IGNOU through distance. Doing mechanical engineering from LPU.

Hello dear, don't loose hope. You have to try your best to pass the previous semester backlogs. If you loose your hope, you lose your confident. Try to get ride the old backlogs.
