Have a BMS and B.Sc. In HM degree. Want to work. In hr dept in hotels. How do I go ahead with my studies aspect.

I'm thinking of pursuing MBA/PGDM in hr. And I'm confused if I should go ahead with the same. Or do an MBA in hotel management. Please help.
