no institute gives you placement guarantee they can provide you placement assistance , they can provide you a platform and arrange some test or interviews

Yes subject you perform exactly as required by the recruiters in addition to your academic qualification and your performance in interview. Even our life is not guaranty please do not follow any such concepts as they are subject to condition which is not easy to comply
