Have done 10+2,and 4 years of experience in construction industry, so can i go for DBM+MBA from ISMS,as we need to solve case studies only

I am asking this question on behalf of my friend, who has completed 10+2, and from last 4 years he is working in construction field as government contractor. Can he go for DBM+MBA in consrtuction management from ISMS in 2 years he will complete the course and exams are case study based he can solve

As for doing MBA one must have aquired the degree from the UGC recognized university.
