Hi Pranav, There are hardly any institutes offering M.S. course in Jharkhand, and further to this getting a specialization in Software engg that too through distance mode is even rare. M.S. is mostly offered but Universities abroad and in India, it is considered equivalent to a M.Sc degree. So if y
