Have done my masters in micro, currently doing masters in media & journalism and wish to pursue a post doc program in history,is it possible

Have passed the masters in microbiology(research) with A grade and higher second class in written papers and completed first two sems of masters in journalism and mass media with first class.intend to do PhD in History
