Hi,
As per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for 2-3 years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

Hi, I believe you should opt for Masters or Executive Masters in to your particular area where you can opt for healthy relevant specializations which can give extreme help with a good boost in your career.
