Have just finished my graduation in BCom from Mumbai. Where can I do a 1 yr course in Marketing in Mumbai to get 16 yrs education

Would like to work full time in a sales/marketing job in the FMCG/Consumer durables industry for 3 years and then apply for an overseas MBA. Need 16 years education plus work experience for that. My area of interest is only sales /marketing and international relations. Pl advise
