Have the cut offs of previous years been on an increasing trend? Can I know the cut of 2014 and its previous years?

DSM started MBA with 30 seats, each year it is increasing the number of seats due to which it has to maintain a cut-off of 75 percentile. But irrespective of the cut-off each year the percentile of students converting is on increasing trend. In our current batch we have many students with percentile in range of 90-95. it is expected to go higher this year.
