Have the rules for going to Canada changed? If yes, what are they now?

What kind of rules are you implying to here? Last year, there were some changes regarding SPP. I think, it has changed to SDS now instead of SPP and some IELTS requirement has changed and lesser documentation. Look up the net for SDS rules if that is what you are asking.
