    Hi,
    I would request you to mention the course that you are planning to pursue so that we can give you the necessary guidance and how to go about it. However, as you have mentioned "consultant", I would suggest you to visit DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
