Having 63% in 12 boards :( 51% agg in pcm :(( and 9.4 cgpa in 10 boards please suggest a good college or coachng ?

M really confused between taking a college and coachng if i take a college i know i will not get a good one due to my bad board result if i drop diz year nad take coachng i will be able to give the improvement exam nd increase my boards% bt if i get a good colg i dnt want coachng. what shall i d?
