Having a decent educational background (B-Tech+MBA-HR with 1.4 years Experience in HR),still unable to make big in my career path.
Really confused with the course of my career path,so need your guidance and help further.

Gourab, can you tell us what problem are you facing in terms of employer perspective, is it a salary constraint or you are focussing on the growth section.

Hi,
As per your profile , I would suggest you to continue working for 3-4 years and then pursue executive MBA program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
