Having diploma in electronics,elecrical and btech in electrical engg working at IAF.please advise for future.

Dear Pradhan, if you are "Other Ranks" then it means you have done AMIE which is equivalent of B.Tech. If you are an AE(L) or AE(M) officer then you are an engineering college graduate. Now, in both the cases, I will advice you to stay with IAF and work on your career
