Having distance MCA from Sikkim Manipal University.Now working as Tech.Assist in Engineering College.I want programmer job .No experience.

I have done Distance MCA and doeacc A level.now I am in a engineering college as a technical assistant in comp.sc dept.I don't have any experience in company.But now I want a programmer job so that I can get job any where in the world.Please suggest me which course i do.How to get a job in abroad.
