I am mech engr with 11 yrs of work exp.6 yrs as a prodn exec (IND) and 5 yrs in AUS as a data analyst.how can i become a home based recruitment consultant in INDIA specialising in recruiting for maint. engr and prodn engr categories.What steps do i need to take to achieve this.
