Hi prajakta :) IIPS goa is owned by evron group which ahs good name in education sector , but its a private college it is affiliated to MS University Tamilnaidu & I AM Australia and also has a alliance with IGNOU so refer it in details but the brand is good :) All the best feel free to ask any doubt
