hell,I have done PGDM in finance and working as a Credit Officer in bank, what are the courses I should do with job for better future growth
i don't have account background earlier,, because i have done B.Sc in Biology,working as a credit officer in a PSU bank but i would like to achieve something extraordinary
so for better future growth what are the courses should I select with my job
please guide me.......

Depends on which are of finance you want to get into. Since you've already done a finance post graduation, you can get into investment banking. Very frankly speaking, without having commerce background you should have not opted finance specialization in PGDM. However, there r a lot of options.
If your knowledge is good enough in finance then go for MBA and if you r not comfort in finance then choose your previous background i.e. Biology.
