Hello Ashok
Any Masters degree program taken up after a graduation is call post graduation..Eg. BCom is bachelors degree and MBA or MCom is Masters degree

well sajid it's simple...if people go to clg and study we call it as graduation...if u study sitting in home using the material brought to u by postman we call itas postgraduation..
