I highly recommend University of Petroleum and Energy Studies for Petroleum Engineering program. This university has great faculty, infrastructure and placement records. Moreover, Oil and Gas programs are flagship programs of this university, so doing Petroleum Engineering from there is definitely the best bet. Good luck! -
