Hi Pradeep, Well honestly speaking 5 bands is very low score. No foreign unviersity will accept your score , even if they waive off your IELTS requirement you will need a good IELTs score for visa approval as well. So my suggestion to you please re appear in IELTS, this time prepare well and targ
