Dear Poorav,
PGDM is post graduate diploma in management it is autonomous course affiliated to AICTE .
SCOPE OF PGDM:when look out for corporate world pgdm is better than mba because pgdm is updated and industrious course than mba ,mba course is update in 5 to 10 years depend upon unversities.

You may suggest her to do PGDM/MBA in Tourism and Development,Now Tourism is the most sort after and demanding career.If she has a good experience in that field then she can surely do MBA to get exposure towards it and climb up in her career ladder.courses are offered in Fulltime,Parttime and throug
