National Level MBA entrance exams 1. CAT 2. XAT 3. CMAT 4. NMAT 5. SNAP 6. IRMA 7. IIFT 8. MAT 9. ATMA 10. IBSAT 11. TISS State level MBA entrance exams 1. GCET 2. PGCET 3. MH-CET 4. ICET 5. PCET etc Coming onto the second question of time distribution, I guess, Verbal is te most time consuming. So one must start preparation with Verbal. Start with vocab building using Norman Lewis followed by Grammar from Wren&Martin and ending with Verbal reasoning from Arun Sharma. Approximately this needs to be started a year before exam session start. Quantitative aptitude and Data interpretation needs to be given enough practice. So it needs at least 7months preparation and practice. Last one month must be booked for "Time bound tests" to judge ones level of preparation.

if you are preparing for cat then I would suggest you to take coaching from institutes and if you are preparing for mat then prepare by yourself you can prepare for mat within 1-2 months even in less time on your own
